As a lifelong resident of Peters Township, Jeanne is very active and knowledgeable of the community and surrounding areas. J Shockley
"J" entered his Real Estate career in 1988 after years of experience as head of LTV Steel's Quality Control Administrative Department. He has been a resident and home owner of Peters Township since 1992. He has earned numerous designations and enjoys working in Pittsburgh, North Hills, West Hills and currently the South Hills areas of Pittsburgh has been home base since the early 90's dealing with all aspects of real estate. Konstantin Bourlogianis
Konstantin is a hard working, personable real estate professional who comes from a family owned residential construction and land development company located in Upper St. Clair. As a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, Konstantin focused his studies on the history and development of Pittsburgh. Residing in the South Hills for the past 13 years, he has formed a deep familiarity and strong personal relationships with various builders and developers in the area. Konstantin is a true fan of Pittsburgh with high ambition to assist new clients with their home needs. 

Julia Massie
Julia comes from Central Virginia ’s largest and most productive Real Estate Company, where she was an Office Manager. Julia’s previous occupations as a Corporate Accounting Manager and Virginia Realtor lend to her experiences. Her attention to detail, computer skills and work ethic have enhanced the services "The Karen Marshall Group" provides its’ clients. Julia serves as Karen’s Executive Assistant, attending to the specifics of the daily functionality of "The Karen Marshall Group" and the administration of various websites. 

Melinda Bello
Melinda began her professional career in 1997 after graduating from W&J with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, double majoring in Business Administration & Sociology. She has extensive experience in banking, title insurance, closing coordination and advertising. Melinda serves as Karen’s Closing/ Marketing Coordinator. She and her husband of eleven years reside in Peters Township.  

Kelly Rackley
Born and raised in Pittsburgh and mother of 4, Kelly moved to Upper Saint Clair in 2003. Kelly has been a Licensed Realtor since 1993, and was part of a team in the North Hills for 10 years as their Team Manager where she had many job functions from listing to sales and marketing coordinating. Kelly joined The Karen Marshall Group in 2005 to provide services as a Marketing/Closing Specialist. Kelly’s took a hiatus in 2008 when her twins were born. We are glad to have Kelly back as our Call Coordinator.
