As a lifelong resident of Peters Township, Jeanne is very active and knowledgeable of the community and surrounding areas. Jeanne is involved with and participating in the schools with her 4 children. Jeanne has 19 years of new construction experience working with builders, sellers and buyers. Ann Gavlick
Ann brings 11 years of real estate experience to "The Karen Marshall Group". Her career in real estate has included representing buyers & sellers with existing homes as well as new construction. For six years of her career she focused on new construction being an on site agent. Ann has been a Peters township resident for the past sixteen years where she & her husband have raised their three children. As a full time dedicated Realtor, Ann is Quality Service Certified and lives & works by her philosophy of always treating her clients the way she would want to be treated.  

Julia Massie
Julia, married and a mother of 3 girls, comes from Central Virginia ’s largest and most productive Real Estate Company, where she was an Office Manager. Julia’s previous occupations as a Corporate Accounting Manager and Virginia Realtor lend to her experiences. Her attention to detail, computer skills and work ethic have enhanced the services "The Karen Marshall Group" provides its’ clients.
