As a lifelong resident of Peters Township, Jeanne is very active and knowledgeable of the community and surrounding areas. Jeanne is involved with and participating in the schools with her 4 children. Jeanne has 19 years of new construction experience working with builders, sellers and buyers. Sara Felicetti
Sara is a highly motivated real estate professional with 5 years of experience specializing in buyer representation. As a current and long term resident of Peters Township, Sara remains very active in the community and schools, while raising her two young children. Amy Cywinski
Amy joined our team with a background in new construction, experience as a marketing professional, a passion for home ownership, and a dedication to customer service. She is a native of Erie, PA where her father owns his own construction company. She moved to Pittsburgh nine years ago to obtain her degree in Communication/Advertising from Robert Morris University and fell in love with the city. Amy’s success is a direct result of her ability to connect with clients, listen to and understand their needs, and then communicate in an effective timely manner. Her strong work ethic, creative marketing ideas, and effective negotiation skills result in a positive win/win transaction for both the buyer and the seller alike. No stranger to the team environment, Amy enjoys staying active as a participant in three volleyball leagues and a corporate rowing team. 

Konstantin Bourlogianis
Konstantin is a hard working, personable real estate professional who comes from a family owned residential construction and land development company located in Upper St. Clair. As a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, Konstantin focused his studies on the history and development of Pittsburgh. Residing in the South Hills for the past 12 years, he has formed a deep familiarity and strong personal relationships with various builders and developers in the area. Konstantin is a true fan of Pittsburgh with high ambition to assist new clients with their home needs. 

Julia Massie
Julia, married and a mother of 3 girls, comes from Central Virginia ’s largest and most productive Real Estate Company, where she was an Office Manager. Julia’s previous occupations as a Corporate Accounting Manager and Virginia Realtor lend to her experiences. Her attention to detail, computer skills and work ethic have enhanced the services "The Karen Marshall Group" provides its’ clients. Julia serves as Karen’s Executive Assistant, attending to the specifics of the daily functionality of "The Karen Marshall Group", administration of various websites and the listings. 

Melinda Bello
Melinda began her professional career in 1997 after graduating from W&J with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, double majoring in Business Administration & Sociology. She has extensive experience in banking, title insurance, closing coordination and advertising. Melinda serves as Karen’s Closing/ Marketing Coordinator. She and her husband of ten years reside in Peters Township.
